ABOUT EDMONDS MOUNTAIN BIKE

Going into 2019, our fifth year, our mission remains the same:

Promote youth development, confidence, leadership, health and public stewardship through mountain biking and positive outdoor experience and to create a foundation for lifelong cycling enjoyment.

Edmonds Mountain Bike is a no-cut program that consists of a middle school (boys and girls 6-8 grade) and a high school (boys and girls 9-12 grade) team. Our season runs from January through the end of May. Team rides once a week (Saturday AM) with optional mid-week workouts.  We participate in the Washington Student Cycling League, which consists of approximately 50 MS and HS teams and stages 4 league races which are on Sundays (dates TBD) that begin in April.

A majority of our riders reside within the Edmonds School District boundaries. Our current boundaries also include both the Mukilteo and Shoreline District boundaries. This includes both private and home school riders within the boundaries.
